ACQUISITION
SUPPORT
The Vinca Group L.L.C. provides support in
the acquisition of individual facilities and companies for our clients. The
work has included working with client organizations developing the product and
market areas targeted for growth, identifying potential acquisition candidates,
and developing the purchase offer and subsequent negotiations through letter of
intent, contract and final sale documents. Our services include identifying
financing sources, conducting operational and market due diligence, evaluating
and developing recommendations for the management team, and developing the
operating plans for the resulting merged entities. In a number of cases we have
provided support to the Boards of Directors or surety after the acquisition to
